About Honda Dio
The Honda Dio is a light and fun scooter targeted at the millennials. The automatic scooter is designed to be lighter and funkier than its elder sibling – Activa 6G. The Dio was updated in 2020 with a BS-VI compliant engine and the addition of a full LED headlamp in the Deluxe trim. The new Dio also gets LED signature light on the handlebar. Overall, the Dio is a sensible scooter with a lot of design elements that differentiate it from the competition.

The Dio looks stunning from every angle and the design is contemporary. Dimensionally, the Dio is 1,808mm in overall length, 723mm in overall width, and 1,150mm in overall height. The fuel tank has a filling capacity of 5.3-litres, while the ground clearance is 160mm. The kerb weight of the Dio is 105kg.

The Honda Dio comes powered by a 109cc single-cylinder engine that comes mated to a CVT automatic transmission and churns out 7.6bhp and 9Nm of torque. As for its efficiency, the Honda Dio mileage is rated at 60km/l.
Handling
The Honda Dio is based on an underbone frame, while its stopping power comes from 130mm drums on both ends. 1. STD
The Standard (STD) is a base model of the Dio. It features an analogue instrument panel with a speedometer. It features a halogen headlights, making a much look appearance. An LED (light-emitting diode) option is now standard in 2017 for the BS-IV Dio.
2. DLX
The Deluxe (DX or DLX) is a premium, top-of-the-line model of the Dio. It features a first-segment fully digital instrument panel, as well as projector headlights, and an optional power seats.
